About the Position:
We are looking for a part-time (20%) HR & Office admin, with potential to grow to a full time position.
- Act as the single point of contact for all U.S Office and HR related activities
- Focus on fostering the Siteaware culture, implementation of processes and supporting employees on their day-to-day operation and administrative needs
- Own the local onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and cultural welcome to succeed from day one
- Collaborate with Tel-Aviv based HR team on cross-company initiatives
- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the US office (supplies, mail, vendors, and facilities)
