- A Strategic, Hands on role planning, leading and executing company’s marketing strategy with a direct impact on company growth, brand awareness and pipeline

What you’ll be taking on:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business and growth objectives
- Category creation: Shape and define a new and existing narrative, market education, messaging development, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for an emerging category in the construction technology space
- Content & Storytelling: Create and manage compelling content across the customer journey (social, website, email, campaigns)
- Demand & Growth Marketing: Lead top and mid-funnel growth initiatives, including experimentation, optimization, and scaling new channels
- Account-Based Marketing: Lead and execute targeted marketing initiatives focused on high-value enterprise accounts, in close alignment with Sales and Revenue teams
- Marketing Automation & Lifecycle: Build and manage nurturing programs to improve conversion across the funnel
Who you are:
- You have at least 3 years of hands- on Marketing Manager experience at a SaaS company focused on ABM or Growth Marketing
- Experienced in executing multi-channel marketing programs while utilizing an automated and data-driven approach
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and attention to detail
- Experienced in performance marketing, growth, content, and lifecycle marketing
- A strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments
- Curious, proactive, and passionate about growth, innovation, and emerging marketing technologies
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
