Here’s what you’ll be taking on:

• Lead implementation of our SaaS platform
• Identify opportunities to drive business growth and collaborate with internal teams to bring them to life
• Consult on best practices to enhance engagement and adoption, maximizing our products’ impact across the board.
• Collaborate across different tiers of our organization, crafting best practices and facilitating connections that nurture client 

You Are:

• With a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Over 4+ years of experience in construction project management, site engineering, or field operations
• Deep understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll work directly with clients and internal teams
• Strong problem-solving ability, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic startup environment
• Tech-savvy, curious, and eager to learn new tools and technologies
• Strong presentation skills and be capable of designing and executing a roll-out strategy
